Fitnex — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Fitnex (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a mobile application that supplies exercise GIFs and health-related calculators such as calorie, BMI, ideal-weight, and macro tools. The app works entirely offline and does not require you to create an account or provide any personal data.

2. Information We **Do Not** Collect

• Names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers  

• Location or GPS data  

• User-generated content (photos, notes, etc.)  

• Health or medical history  

• Payment or billing details

3. Automatically Collected Technical Data

A small amount of non-identifiable information (device model, OS version, anonymous usage statistics) may be gathered to diagnose crashes and improve stability. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you.

4. Third-Party Services

Fitnex contains no advertising SDKs, social-media plug-ins, or trackers. If future versions add optional online features, we will update this policy and request your consent before collecting additional data.

5. Data Security

Even though we store almost no data, we apply industry-standard safeguards and encrypted connections for any diagnostic transmissions.

6. Children’s Privacy

Fitnex is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe information has been collected inadvertently, please let us know and we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes, we will announce them inside the app at least 14 days before they take effect and provide a clear summary of what is changing.
